Cela peut \u00eatre une th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve de quelques mois pour les besoins d\u2019accompagnements ponctuels \u00e0 passer une \u00e9preuve sp\u00e9cifique, comme un accompagnement dans la dur\u00e9e sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es pour les besoins de transformation en profondeur. Le plus important est de suivre le rythme de l\u2019inconscient. Il a en effet parfois besoin de temps pour d\u00e9nouer en douceur des sch\u00e9mas de fonctionnement mis en place depuis longtemps. De m\u00eame le corps a besoin de plus de temps que le cerveau pour dig\u00e9rer une \u00e9motion, \u00e9vacuer une tension. M\u00eame si la raison a compris !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>
